Agenda

Agenda is used at the time of meeting either PGM or AGM or SGM. It plays vital role in meeting. The board of directors should send notice to all shareholders with the agenda which is to be discussed in the company meeting or into PGM or AGM or SGM. Without agenda meeting cannot be managed. Therefore, at the time of sending written notice board of directord or secretary should send agenda too, before 21 days of meeting. It should be clear and systematic order.
